This activity helps students become more familiar with key investment terms and concepts such risk, reward, and diversification. Students will complete a cost benefit analysis to evaluate various assets like stocks, bonds, property, and savings accounts, and present their finding to the class. Additionally, they can complete an extension activity where they individually research and write a report on evaluating investments.
